Medical Records

If you are currently applying or have been denied Social Security Benefits then chances are the Social Security Administration has your medical records.  If that's the case then you need to ask yourself, "when was the last time I actually looked at my medical record?"

Your medical records tells the social security people whether your disabled, not in so many words, however, but by your diagnosis, complaints, doctor's observations, clinical testing, X-rays, blood work, mental health evaluations etc.

At O'Neil Associates we can tell you how to deal with your medical records so that they help you win your case not help the Social Security Administration deny you!
